A 28 day programme, including;

  • An initial Resting Metabolic Rate to measure the exact calories your body requires.

  • A Skinfold Test to measure body fat.

  • 12 PT Sessions that are tailored to your needs in my private studio. 

  • Personalised Nutrition Plan

  • Nutrition Resources

  • Accountability Check ins.

Who can join Project Lean?

Absolutely anybody with Health and Fitness goals. No experience is required.

How do I progress after the initial 28 days?

You can remain a client and repeat the process with regular skinfold tests to keep a log of progress.
