A 28 day Programme aimed at helping those with sport or strength goals.

Here is what you will get:

A Resting Metabolic Rate test at the start of the programme measure your specific calorie requirements.

VO2 Max test at the start of the programme to measure your current fitness and performance levels.

Skinfold measurements at the start and end to keep a track of your body fat.

Three private PT sessions each week at my studio.

Two session plans to complete away from REFitness.

A weekly progress and accountability check in.
