What is Project Athlete?

A 28 day Programme aimed at helping those with sport or strength goals.

​

Here is what you will get:

  • A Resting Metabolic Rate test at the start of the programme measure your specific calorie requirements.

  • VO2 Max test at the start of the programme to measure your current fitness and performance levels.

  • Skinfold measurements at the start and end to keep a track of your body fat.

  • Three private PT sessions each week at my studio.

  • Two session plans to complete away from REFitness.

  • A weekly progress and accountability check in.
